At the new festival venue, we will have two main stages for the evening performances: The Sanctuary will be used for the Thursday and Friday evenings; Fellowship Hall will be used for the Saturday evening.
The daytime performances will take place on three stages: Fellowship Hall, Room 5 and Room 7 (aka the Ladies Parlour).
We need your help to name the stages for the 2016 Ottawa Grassroots Festival. We know how creative our volunteers, sponsors and festival fans can be. So, this should be fun!
To assist you in naming the stages, we will post the floor plans of the Southminster United Church on our website on Dec.1st and on the FB event page. We will be accepting names for the stages from Dec.1 — 31 2015. You can submit your “stage names” by privately messaging our FB page or sending them by e-mail to: ottawagrassrootsfestival@gmail.com with the subject line “Name the Stages”.

You can submit a name for each of the 4 stages or even just one of them. Enter as often as you like.
The favorites will be announced in the January newsletter and on our FB and Twitter accounts with a special “thank-you” to the person who submitted the names. There will also be a special mention in the festival program of who named the stages.
